- navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
- navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)
We've also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

Elements don't have sufficient contrast ratio
The teal branding used across the site does not meet contrast requirements. This fails WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum).
Multiple instances of the same ID
Each page on our website has multiple elements with the same ID value. A singular webpage may contain one ID per element but the value for each ID must be unique. Some parts of page are not keyboard accessible
The submenu of our website is not keyboard only accessible so users cannot navigate effectively. This fails WCAG 2.1 success criterion 2.1.1 Keyboard.
<ul> and <ol> must only directly contain <li>, <script> or <template> elements
Some lists have incorrect mark up and may cause problems for those using assistive technology. This fails WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.3.1 Info and Relationships.
Disproportionate burden
Not applicable.
Content that's not within the scope of the accessibility regulations
Not applicable.
